Advocate Raunak Rane is a Managing Partner of Rane-Pingle Law Chambers, alongside Advocate Rajas Pingle. Rane-Pingle Law Chambers was formed through the merger of Netlawgic Legal Services LLP and Untangle Legal Corp, bringing together their complementary experience across litigation, technology law, corporate advisory and emerging business sectors.

With over 13 years of experience, Raunak advises startups, founders, investors and established businesses on corporate and commercial matters, private equity and venture capital transactions, fundraising, intellectual property, technology contracts, data privacy, Web3, blockchain and cryptocurrency-related legal frameworks.

Before co-founding Rane-Pingle Law Chambers, Raunak founded Untangle Legal Corp. He has also founded, scaled and exited technology ventures, giving him a practical understanding of the commercial, operational and regulatory challenges faced by businesses. He is a Management and Entrepreneurship programme topper from IIM Calcutta.

His work combines legal strategy with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial perspective, enabling clients to structure transactions, protect their interests and navigate complex legal and regulatory issues.
